Learn how to perform the Forearm Plank or “Hover” exercise for core strength and endurance with the team at Fitness Institute.
To begin, lie on the ground.
Create a straight line from head to toe by placing elbows underneath the body in line with chest.
Depending on preference, you can hold your hands together (Figure 1) or apart.
Hold this position for the required amount of time.
